Why is there brown dots on my wipe or clothing?

That is actually a good sign! Brown dots on our wipe prove that our product is made without using any bleach, unlike most companies do. The brown dot is actually the natural color of organic cotton.  

 

What is natural color? 

Natural Color means that no coloring agent has been used in the clothing. Take our organic cotton dry wipe as an example. It was created with 100% organic cotton, and the color of organic cotton we used is brown! 

 

Can our organic dry wipe be used for wet applications? 

Yes ! Our dry wipe is perfect for both dry or wet function. Our Organic Cotton Dry wipe is made with 100% organic cotton, it has an extra high water absorbent rate thus making it a perfect wet wipe.  

 

What's the different between organic and non-organic cotton?

Organic cotton is a better cotton for earth and you. Order & Delivery

We currently offer delivery only within Canada. All items are couriered through Canada Post. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a Canada Post tracking number will be sent to your email.

You can use this number to track your shipment through Canada Post’s website (https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/home.page). Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

Free shipping is offered:

  • Within British Columbia - orders over $148+ (excluding applicable taxes)Across Canada - orders over $200+ (excluding applicable taxes)

Otherwise, we offer the following rates for shipping:

  • Standard: Within 7 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) for $20
  • Express:  Within 3 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) for $40

Please note that taxes on shipping charges vary between provinces. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be indicated at the time of checkout.



Shipping Restriction

Please allow additional time for any orders being shipped to P.O. Box addresses.If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Wrong address or missing information may lead to undeliverable mail and can cause a delay in the delivery time. Please ensure that you check over the shipping address before confirming your order.

The purchaser is solely responsible for the loss of products during shipment. As such, it is imperative that you ensure that the mailing address is the full and correct address when you order the products online.

It should be noted that orders placed during public holidays may experience some delays.Other temporary or unexpected events (and/or unpredictable and unavoidable situations) will affect the delivery date.
