We currently offer delivery within Canada. All items are couriered through Canada Post. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a Canada Post tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this number to track your shipment through Canada Post’s website (https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/home.page). Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
We offer free shipping for any purchases of $199 or more, excluding taxes, when made through an account on our website.
Otherwise, we offer the following rates for shipping:
Standard: Within 7 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) for $20
Express: Within 3 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) for $35
Please allow additional time for any orders being shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Wrong address or missing information may lead to undeliverable mail and can cause a delay in the delivery time. Please ensure that you check over the shipping address before confirming your order.
The purchaser is solely responsible for the loss of products during shipment. As such, it is imperative that you ensure that the mailing address is the full and correct address when you order the products online.
It should be noted that orders placed during public holidays may experience some delays.
Other temporarily or unexpected events (and/or unpredictable and unavoidable situations) will affect the delivery date.
