退款政策

For purchases made online, you can return or exchange your purchases either online or in-store within 14 days

* After 14 days, we will no longer accept any returns or exchanges.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean or unblemished, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or the proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange of the order that you placed online, please contact us. If your return or exchange is accepted, we will provide you with the shipping label and let you know about the instructions (including how and where to send out your package). You can also ship the item back to us by yourself after contacting us. Please note that your return or exchange won't be accepted if the items have been sent back to us without contacting us. 

** The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return delivery fee. However, we will cover the cost of shipping out replacement items in the case of an exchange.

Credit 

After we receive your returned items, we will create a file of your store/online credit in our system. You can either use the credit to purchase online or in-store. If you want to place an order online by using your credit, you can contact us before your new purchase, and we will provide you with the points in your online account for you to redeem when placing a new order. The value of the points is the same as the credit after deducting the return shipping fee. 

Exchange

We will contact you to get to know about the item or size that you want to exchange after we receive your returned items. And we will create a payment link for you to pay for your returned shipping fee and the difference in the product price.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-exchangeable or return items 

** Final Sale Items: Loungewear Sets, Inner-wear and Underwear (e.g., Bras, Panties), Sale Items, and Gift Cards.
