Shipping Rates 

• We ship all orders from Canada. Free shipping on orders over $120 CAD to Canada and $180 USD to the United States. Blara Organic House pays the import fees for orders that are delivered to the United States.

• For orders under $120 CAD shipped to Canada and under $180 USD shipped to the United States, please refer to the shipping rates on the checkout page. Blara Organic House pays the import fees for orders that are delivered to the United States.

Delivery Time & Method

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Any order processing times are estimates only and cannot be used as a guarantee. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may be required to provide a signature to the shipping company to complete the delivery. Blara Organic House cannot instruct delivery companies to leave your package in any specified place or method. Please check your shipment tracking link daily to ensure that you can receive the package when it is delivered. Blara Organic House is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages.

Subscription Purchases

Subscription purchases cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after they have been shipped by Blara Organic House.

Exchanges

Items that are eligible can be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date. Final sale items, dry wipes, loungewear, undergarments and gift cards are not eligible for exchange at any time for any reason. To be eligible for an exchange, any items must be not used, in the same condition that they were received in, clean and unblemished, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging.
