What is organic cotton?

Organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that are healthier and safer for everyone involved — especially the Earth. Using nature-based solutions for its growth, harvest, and production, organic cotton is a top-notch choice for all your sustainable slumber needs.

What is GOTS certification?

Our cotton isn’t just organic — it’s Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified! GOTS independently verifies each step of the production process to guarantee the organic traceability and ecology of everything involved. From harvesting raw materials to environmental and socially responsible manufacturing processes.

What is natural color?

Natural Color means that no coloring agent has been used in the clothing. Take our organic cotton dry wipe as an example. It was created with 100% organic cotton, and the color of organic cotton we used is off-white!

Why are there brown dots on my cotton wipe or clothing?

That is actually a good sign! Brown dots on our wipe prove that our product is made without using any bleach, unlike most companies do. The brown dot is actually the natural color of organic cotton. 

Can our cotton wipe be used for wet applications?

Yes! Our cotton wipe is perfect for both dry or wet function. Our cotton dry wipe is made with 100% cotton, it has an extra high water absorbent rate thus making it a perfect wet wipe.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order online if it hasn't yet been processed.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes. we offer free store pick up at 2299 W 41st Ave Vancouver, BC, Canada. In-store pick up is available on Monday - Saturaday between the hours of 10:30am - 5:30pm and Sunday between between the hours of 11am - 5pm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Interac, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we currently ship to Canada and the USA.

Can I return my products?

We only accept returns for defected product. Please contact us at info@blaraorganichouse.ca for more information.

How do I exchange an item?

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your online order. Please fill out Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you within 2 business days to give you instructions on how to proceed. Please check our Exchange Policy for more details.
