Return Policy 

We only accept returns for defective products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@blaraorganichouse.ca, and we will gladly assist you in making it right. Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method for general returns. All other non-defective inquiries are subject to our Exchange Policy below.

Exchange Policy

For purchases made online, you can exchange your items either online or in-store within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, we are unable to accept any exchanges for any reason.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it (clean and unblemished), with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your online order number or printed receipt as proof of purchase.

How to Start an Exchange

Online Purchases:

Please contact us at info@blaraorganichouse.ca to initiate your exchange. Once approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item back using your own preferred carrier after contacting us. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

In-Store Purchases:

Please visit our boutique or contact our local store directly at (604) 563-6886 for assistance.

Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. However, Blara Organic House will cover the shipping cost for sending out the replacement items.

Store Credit

Please note that we do not offer cash or original payment method refunds. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, a store or online credit will be issued to your account, which can be redeemed both online and in-store. 

If you wish to use your credit for an online purchase, please contact us prior to ordering. We will convert your credit into online account points for easy redemption at checkout. The total credit value will equal the original purchase price minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Non-Exchangeable Items

To maintain our standards of hygiene and sustainability, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time for any reason:
* Sale and clearance items
* Dry wipes
* Loungewear sets
* Undergarments / Inner-wear
* Gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Subscription Purchases

Subscription orders are processed automatically to ensure timely delivery. Once a subscription purchase has been shipped by Blara Organic House, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
